I am an experienced business litigation attorney, with significant trial and arbitration experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal court, administrative hearings and before arbitration panels and in mediation. Entertainment Law
I have a broad range of experience in representing writers and independent film producers. I can help with forming your production entity and raising financing, acquiring or selling the rights to literary materials, negotiating talent contracts and distribution deals, and occasionally, appearing in your film!

I am very experienced in locating and recovering assets, and collecting judgments in both state and federal courts. I employ aggressive and creative means to seize assets from debtors that do not want to pay. I am also skilled in recovering unclaimed property from state agencies.(California Only).
Tax Law
